Oil Prices Inch Forward as Trade Tensions, Iran Sanctions Weigh


nvesting.com – Oil prices were slightly up on Monday, as falling supplies in Iran and upcoming trade tariffs put pressure on markets.

West Texas Crude oil futures rose 0.61% to $69.19 a barrel as of 4:54 AM ET (8:54 GMT). Meanwhile Brent crude futures, the benchmark for oil prices outside the U.S., increased 0.60% to $78.56.
